What we’re looking for
- 3+ years of sales experience in B2B SaaS environments
- Fluent English proficiency, both written and spoken
- Confidence in conducting demo calls, negotiating, and driving results
- Strong prospecting and research skills to uncover new opportunities
- Hands-on experience in outreach via LinkedIn, email, and multichannel campaigns
- Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Data-driven mindset, comfortable working with metrics, dashboards, and analysis
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems and sales tools, such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, and Reply.io
- AI-driven approach with technical proficiency
- Ability to quickly learn, dive deep, and understand the product, explain its value clearly to customers
- Proactiveness, ownership, and a result-oriented mindset

- Management skills and willingness to grow into a leadership role, with the potential to build and lead your own team
What you will do
- Take ownership of existing signups, drive acquisition, and grow accounts into active users
- Analyze and segment the pipeline to focus on the highest-potential opportunities
- Plan, launch, and test email and multichannel campaigns to engage prospects and existing users to drive results
- Run demos, intro calls, and follow‑ups to guide users through onboarding and activation
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure success and satisfaction
- Manage the sales process end‑to‑end (CRM, reporting, legal steps)
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to drive results
- Use data and dashboards to track performance, optimize workflows, and improve results and sales workflows
