Meet the team:
The EMEA Commercial team is a multi-disciplinary team of managers, developers, BA’s and partner resources that work closely in a matrix structure within the global commercial team. They are at the forefront of supporting and implementing changes to our core business systems that underpin all the external commercial, sales and customer support interactions in EMEA and LATAM as well as new product launches, markets and capabilities. This is a fast-paced environment where your voice and contributions make a direct impact on the outcomes for our customers.
Where you come in:
We are seeking a Business Relationship Senior Manager (who will report to the Global Business Partner) who will lead the team but most importantly partner with the business stakeholders to establish and maintain meaningful relationships to deliver positive impact across the organization in EMEA and LATAM.

act as a point of focus, for example, for strategic development, to collaborate with colleagues who influence strategic direction
set the conditions for a culture of creating meaningful connections
This role will also directly manage local teams that support commercial applications and processes. You will be supported by managers to aid you in this role. The primary commercial applications are Salesforce for order entry, Fluent for Order Management, a custom-built headless e-Commerce platform, and integrations technologies including Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and java based microservices.
This is a senior management role that requires a broad technical understanding and how that interacts with strategic planning.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
You partner with business stakeholders to deliver shared outcomes
You understand and define the Commercial IT portfolio
You have line management duties including recruitment, goal setting, and performance management
You will do co-ordination supporting the Technical Delivery teams and 3rd party development partners
You will liaise with managers/leads of global shared teams to co-ordinate project deliverables
You work alongside the Production Support Manager to support incident and request resolution SLAs
What makes you successful:
You have minimum 5 years’ experience as a BRM or significant customer management experience
You have line management responsibilities including recruitment, performance management and talent development
You have comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of various Waterfall / Agile / Hybrid SDLC processes
You have vendor Management, including Statements of Work, Budgeting, Invoicing etc
You have experience of IT application support processes (ITIL)
You have excellent written/oral communication and relationship management skills
You will drive and enthusiasm with ability to see the bigger picture
You have ability to work flexibly in a demanding and fast paced environment
You have worked in global setting dealing with multi-discipline teams in multiple time zones

Experience and Education Requirements:
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree with 13+ years of industry experience or 5-8 years of previous people management experience
Flex Workplace: Your primary location will be a home office. You will not have an assigned workstation and will work with your manager to determine office visit needs. You must live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km).
