Executive Summary
We are looking for an experienced Relationship Manager to join our High-Net-Worth (HNW) Desk. This role is responsible for managing a premium portfolio of clients, driving platform engagement, and providing "white-glove" service to our highest-volume users.
Core Responsibilities
- Portfolio Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for a selected group of high-ticket users.
- User Reactivation: Engage with dormant high-volume users to understand their needs and facilitate their return to the platform.
- Conversion Excellence: Support KYC-verified users in navigating their initial high-value deposits and transactions.
- Retention & Loyalty: Proactively manage active VIP accounts to minimize churn and maximize "Total Value Locked" (TVL).
The Ideal Candidate
- Experience: Minimum 4 -10 years in Priority Banking, Private Banking, or Wealth Management.
- Fintech Savvy: A strong understanding of digital wallets, transaction flows, and financial technology.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Soft Skills: High level of emotional intelligence (EQ) and the ability to build trust with high-net-worth individuals.
- Communication: Fluent in English and Urdu. Ability to explain complex financial benefits in simple terms.
- Remote Work: Flexible working environment with a global team.
Performance Evaluation
Success in this role will be measured by:
- Reactivation Rate: Percentage of dormant accounts brought back to active status.
- Portfolio Volume: The growth of transaction volume within the assigned client list.
- Deposit Conversion: Success rate of onboarding KYC-verified users to their first deposit.
