New Business Senior Associate (based in Madrid)
Seeking a Growth Senior Associate to drive commercial strategy, manage partnerships, lead negotiations, and optimize agreements.
Fever is seeking a Growth Senior Associate to join our New Business team.
This role will be pivotal in driving the commercial strategy and managing high-impact partnerships across multiple markets.
You’ll be responsible for leading negotiations, optimizing commercial agreements, and unlocking scalable growth opportunities.
You will lead and oversee commercial agreements with some of our most strategic partners.
Working closely with General Managers, you’ll define and improve negotiation strategies and analyze the performance of top-tier partners to create long-lasting, high-value collaborations.
This is a high-impact role suited for someone with exceptional analytical skills, strategic vision, stakeholder management skills and the ability to execute rapidly in a dynamic, international environment.
On a day-to-day, you will be responsible for:
- Region/Vertical Ownership: Manage your region and/or vertical end-to-end, including open negotiations, commercial condition evolution, and tailored partner value propositions.
- Strategic Deal Analysis: Evaluate partnership feasibility using demand forecasting, pricing optimization, and mutual value analysis.
- Commercial Strategy: Define and implement commercial strategies for each market in coordination with the General Managers.
- Major Deal Leadership: Lead the preparation and alignment of commercial terms for strategic, high-stake partnerships.
- Negotiation Support: Represent Fever in key negotiations with prospective partners and ensure the best possible outcomes.
- Growth Expansion: Identify and develop opportunities to scale partnerships across new geographies and deepen alliances.
- Performance Support: Collaborate with performance teams to anticipate and resolve potential partnership issues early and continuously improve commercial framework.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as the main point of contact between Growth and other teams (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Ops, PMs) for your region.
- Global Perspective: Work across up to 40 countries, interacting with a broad, diverse team in a fast-paced international setting
We’re looking for a results-driven, analytically strong, and commercially savvy leader with a passion for building impactful partnerships and growing business at scale.
To be successful in this role, you’ll bring:
- 6+ years of professional experience in relevant fields such as strategy consulting, investment banking, or strategic business development
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Industrial, Telecommunications, Aeronautics), Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Strategy, or a related quantitative discipline.
- A demonstrated ability to deconstruct complex problems and solve them using data and analytical reasoning.
- Advanced Excel modeling skills to support financial, commercial, and demand analyses.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate clearly across internal teams and external partners.
- Experience crafting compelling presentations and business narratives, with an emphasis on structured, top-down communication.
- A proactive mindset—you seek out opportunities and solve problems before they arise.
- Professional fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
