You are responsible for the company’s legal activities in a region, business units and /or sub-function areas in the country or across multiple countries. To support commercial and corporate initiatives, you identify business needs and design and implement our legal strategy through the service delivery model. You advise the business on risk, anticipating and addressing internal and external factors and apply your legal specialty area experience to collaborate with other legal colleagues to address legal issues or concerns.
How you will contribute
Provide overall legal support as the business partner of marketing team including new products innovation, product artwork review, product launch, advertising, marketing activities/campaigns, celebrity endorsement, brand cooperation with third party, brand licensing in and licensing out, consumer complaints resolutions etc.
The legal areas to be practiced would cover advertising, competition, contract, product quality, food safety, consumer protection, AI governance, cyber security, data privacy and IP.
What you will bring
A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career with experience and knowledge in:
China Bar qualification is a Must
At least LLB degree from PRC reputable law school;
At least 7 years PQE with either law firm or multi-national companies;
FMCG or retail industry is preferred;
Good English communication skill in both written and spoken;
Quick learning skill, business agility.
