- Growth Strategy: Develop and execute joint go‑to‑market plans focused on new partner acquisition, revenue growth, and solution enablement.
- Partner Ecosystem Expansion: Support and guide the vendor teams to expand vendor reach across the Australian partner community—recruiting, enabling, and activating high‑potential partners.
- Commercial Accountability: Achieve annual revenue targets, including sourcing and influencing large strategic deals in collaboration with sales and technical teams.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with senior vendor executives, top partners and key internal stakeholders to ensure transparency, escalation support, and shared objectives.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure streamlined processes for quoting, forecasting, onboarding, and reporting, leveraging internal support teams effectively.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activity and market trends to provide insight and adjust strategies to maintain competitive advantage.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to vendor evaluation frameworks and onboarding workflows that improve vendor experience and internal alignment.
- Team Management, Mentoring & Growth: Provide leadership for a cross‑functional team aligned to cybersecurity vendor success. Set performance expectations, mentor team members, and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and growth. Lead by example, celebrate wins, share knowledge, and guide future hiring and capability development as the business scales.
