Job Summary:**
Centific Global Solutions (SG) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior HR Executive to manage and optimize various aspects of human resources, ensuring compliance and fostering a positive work environment.
Job Responsibilities:**
* Work with recruitment team to fulfill internal stakeholder's headcount requirement* Develop, implement, and maintain effective Human Resources Policies and procedures in line with company objectives and legal requirements.* Oversee Human Resources Administration tasks, including HR record-keeping, data management, and benefits administration.* Ensure full Human Resources Compliance with all relevant employment laws, regulations, and industry standards.* Develop and deliver comprehensive Human Resources Training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.* Utilize Human Resource Metrics to analyze HR data, identify trends, and provide insights for strategic decision-making.* Provide expert guidance and support in all areas of Human Resource Management to employees and management.* Act as a key point of contact for employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a harmonious workplace.
Job Qualifications:*** Proven experience in Human Resource Management, with a strong understanding of best practices.
* Demonstrated expertise in Human Resource Recruitment and talent acquisition strategies.* Solid knowledge of Human Resources Policies and their practical application.* Familiarity with Human Resources Administration processes and HRIS systems.* In-depth understanding of Human Resources Compliance requirements and regulations.* Experience in developing and delivering Human Resources Training programs.* Ability to analyze and interpret Human Resource Metrics to drive informed decisions.* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
