Job Description

Are you a versatile professional with a technical or business background who enjoys working in a customer-facing role? We are looking for a talented and motivated individual for the Functional Consultant & Project Manager role, who will significantly contribute to the success of our Software-as-a-Service solution. Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the sales team and customers to understand client-specific requirements and design tailored implementation plans aligned with their needs.
Lead and manage the entire implementation process, ensuring smooth delivery and a high level of customer satisfaction.
Work closely with our development team to tackle technical challenges, adapt the system to customers’ unique workflows, and ensure successful integration with their existing systems.
Act as the primary point of contact for customers during the implementation phase, providing regular updates and addressing any queries or issues that may arise.
Capture suggestions for new features and log them for the engineering team.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar field, or equivalent work experience.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
At least 2 years of experience in technical implementation, project management, consulting, software development, or a similar field.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
Customer-focused approach, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Fluent in German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills and confidence working with and presenting to native-speaking clients.
Understanding of IT infrastructure, ERP systems, and cloud-based SaaS solutions is an advantage.
Hands-on experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) or Order-to-Cash (O2C) process flows is a strong advantage.
