Senior Technical Recruiter
Senior Technical Recruiter needed to source and identify top UK technical talent, manage candidates, and lead recruiting initiatives.
Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology.
As the first full time recruiter for Anduril UK, and a key member of Anduril's recruiting team, you will be responsible for the region's talent management as we continue to rapidly grow.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Source and identify top UK technical talent across multiple disciplines within Hardware and Software Industry
- Lead various initiatives across the recruiting team
- Manage candidates through entire recruiting process
- Work with hiring teams to identify needs on the team
- Partner with interviewers and hiring managers to define interview process and new evaluation techniques
- Cultivate employee referrals
- Conduct initial candidate phone interviews
- Manage onsite candidate experience
- Maintain ATS data
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years experience sourcing for technical roles & closing top tier engineering talent in the UK market
- Deep understanding of the UK Tech talent landscape and local recruiting practices and regulations
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills at the executive level, having prior experience working directly with senior leadership
- Sound recruiting and sourcing fundamentals
- Ability to solve complex problems independently
- Ability to set proper expectations with stakeholders and keep them informed
- Private equity knowledge & closing expertise in competitive environments
- Ability to thrive in undefined environments
- Ability to navigate the complexities of a fast-growing, technology-focused organization
- Full cycle recruiting experience across multiple disciplines
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience working at companies that have scaled quickly
- Previous experience working both as an Agency and Internal recruiter
UK Salary Range
£1—£1,000 GBP
