How you’ll make an impact:
Develop and plan enterprise-level corporate development projects and activities with accountability for successful completion of all project deliverables
Serve in an advisory role to management to provide direction and guidance to project teams to execute enterprise-level projects, initiatives and/or programs
Identify and evaluate enterprise-level corporate development process improvements and/or course correction/alignment opportunities including evaluations of new systems and/or procedures
What you'll need (Required)
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field with 14 years of experience or
- Master's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field with 12 years of experience based on Edwards criteria Preferred
- Other: Certification in related field Preferred
What else you'll need (Preferred)
- Proven successful project management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related tools and systems
- Excellent documentation and communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills with ability to drive achievement of objectives
- Recognized as an expert within sub-function(s) and/or area(s) and broader organization with broad-based expertise across area and related functions
- Expert understanding of related aspects of corporate development processes and/or systems
- Strict attention to detail
- Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment
- Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
For California (CA), the base pay range for this position is $209,000 to $296,000 (highly experienced).
