Senior Enterprise AI Consultant - Internal Position

As part of Plain Concepts, we are a fast-growing business and tech innovation unit working across AI, Data, Cloud, and App Development. We collaborate with global leaders like Microsoft, OpenAI, and Google to design and build next-gen digital solutions.

You will be part of an interdisciplinary product and consulting team, helping us and our clients identify and implement low-code, AI, and automation solutions. You will support ideation, develop workflows, and bring intelligent agents and bots into real-life processes — always with a strong understanding of what’s feasible, scalable, and impactful.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with product managers and strategists to identify manual, repetitive, or fragmented business processes across different domains

• Design and implement low-code/no-code solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Copilot Studio)

• Develop and deploy Agentic AI solutions (bots, assistants, automations) to improve quality, speed, and user experience

• Evaluate and test new use cases for AI-based workflow automation, across internal and client-facing projects

• Build modular, reusable components to scale automation across teams

• Ensure robust documentation and solution maintainability

• Stay up to date on emerging tech trends in LLMs, AI agents, and low-code platforms

• 2+ years of experience in software automation, workflow engineering, or low-code development

• Deep understanding of Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Automate, Power Apps, and Copilot Studio

• Familiarity with Agentic AI architectures, conversational design, and API integrations

• Ability to translate business problems into technical solutions with minimal code

• Comfortable working with product teams, but also capable of proactively driving initiatives independently

• Bonus: experience with tools like UiPath, Zapier, Notion AI, Make (Integromat), or LangChain

• Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus)
