Meet the team:
The Clinical Education team is seeking a Clinical Digital Strategist to support the execution and delivery of Dexcom’s digital clinical education ecosystem. This role focuses on developing, coordinating, and delivering high‑quality digital clinical education content across GlucoseTech, infographics, podcasts, webinars, and other digital education assets—ensuring content is clinically accurate, evidence‑based, and engaging for healthcare professionals.
This is a highly collaborative, execution‑focused role ideal for a clinically trained professional and a passion for digital education. The Clinical Digital Strategist plays a key role in translating clinical education strategy into compelling digital experiences that resonate with HCPs, support real‑world clinical workflows, and increase awareness, confidence, and adoption of Dexcom technologies.
Where you come in:
You develop and deliver high‑quality digital clinical education content across GlucoseTech, infographics, podcasts, webinars, and micro‑learning assets for healthcare professionals.
You support the execution and promotion of digital clinical education initiatives, including email campaigns and digital distribution for GlucoseTech content.
You translate clinical data, evidence, and guidelines into clear, practical, and engaging education that supports real‑world clinical workflows.
You collaborate cross‑functionally with Medical Affairs, Marketing, Sales, and Sales Training to ensure consistent clinical messaging across digital and field channels.
You engage with HCPs and internal stakeholders to incorporate frontline clinical insights into scalable digital education_._
You ensure content meets MLR requirements and optimize assets using HCP feedback, engagement data, and field input.
You support podcast and multimedia execution, including post‑production coordination, development of short‑form or derivative multimedia content.

You show digital and omnichannel proficiency, leveraging digital platforms and multimedia formats to scale clinical education and increase engagement.
You operate with a strong compliance mindset, ensuring accuracy, quality, and adherence to MLR and internal standards while maintaining agility.
Must Have:
You have clinical or scientific expertise with the ability to interpret and clearly communicate evidence‑based information to HCPs.
You have hands‑on experience developing or delivering clinical education, including digital or scalable education formats.
You bring strong digital execution skills, with experience supporting platforms and multimedia assets (videos, podcasts, webinars, modular learning).
Nice to Have:
You hold an advanced clinical or scientific degree (PharmD, RD, NP, PA, RN, CDCES, or equivalent).
You bring experience in diabetes, CGM technology, or a related therapeutic area.

Experience and Education Requirements:
Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8 - 12 years of related experience.
At this level a graduate degree may be desirable with 4 years related experience
Remote Workplace: Your location will be a home office; you are not required to live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km). If you reside within commuting distance of a Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km) a hybrid working environment may be available. Ask about our Flex workplace option.

$95,900.00 - $159,900.00
