The Team:
The Celonis Academic Alliance is responsible for our global education and research program. It connects academic thought leaders and researchers, teachers, students, companies, and experts around the world to foster disruptive innovation and world-class tech education. The Academic Alliance leverages more than 300,000 members at 700 universities, research institutes, student consultancies, and student clubs in 35+ countries.
The Role:At Celonis you contribute to the expansion of the academic community of students within our Academic Alliance, supporting the teaching of Process Mining and Process Intelligence to university students and providing quality technical support to internal tasks and to students' projects. You will gain experience in inventing strategic approaches to Go-to-Market challenges and operationalizing them. You will contribute to Celonis’ growth in Germany, Austria and Switzerland by making a direct impact on the company’s relations with universities in the region. For this role, you bring at least 6+ months of part-time availability.
The work you’ll do:
- Supporting the design and implementation of strategies to scale up and deepen Academic Alliance activities in universities in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
- Support DACH team with delivery of in-person and online Guest Lectures on Process Mining and Process Intelligence to university students.
- Maintaining and supporting internal reporting via Celonis software and CRM tools, for which you'll be utilizing your technical skills.
- Supporting various team projects such as 'Celonis Global Internship Program' or ‘Process Mining Job Portal’, among others.
- Actively managing existing relationships and developing new alliances and campaigns to students in DACH.
- Stay in constant exchange with students, professors and student initiatives and support Process Mining and Process Intelligence classes at university end-to-end.
The qualifications you need:
- Fluency in written and spoken English and German are non-negotiable, further European languages are a plus.
- Being a BSc / MSc student in a technical field (industrial engineering, informatics, data science or similar), or in a business administration degree, and the eagerness to become an expert for the Celonis software.
- Strong communicative and presentation skills, e.g. through extracurricular work or previous engagements.
- Ability to take the lead, working self-responsible and structured.
- 6+ months of part-time availability from May 2026 onwards.
