Work Mode: Hybrid (office-based 3 days/week, remote 2 days/week )
Office Location: Giełdowa Street 1, Warsaw (near Rondo Daszyńskiego)
Key Responsibilities:
Receive, enter and manage customer orders from order receipt to shipment of product, including handling returns.
Respond to routine customer inquiries regarding orders
Handle incoming phone calls from various stakeholders and resolve inquiries promptly and effectively.
Track order status, report issues, and coordinate solutions
Cooperate with our plants in Europe, external warehouses, and logistics provider
Maintain daily communication with customers, addressing their needs promptly.
Support transport and logistics optimization projects.
Proactively resolve customer complaints and provide timely feedback on complaint status.
Requirements:
University degree (minimum Bachelor’s).
Some experience in customer service or administrative roles; candidates with internships in logistics are also welcome.
Fluent in English.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
High analytical skills and ability to work under pressure.
Team player with creativity, engagement, and strong multitasking abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce is an advantage.
