About the Role
Fivetran is hiring a Commercial Account Executive to accelerate our growth across the UK and Ireland mid-market.
This is a full-time, hybrid position based out of our Dublin office.
What You’ll Do
- Own a defined territory in the UK&I Commercial segment, focusing on organisations with 1–2000 employees
- Build and close a strong pipeline of high-value SaaS deals with a wide range of customers and industries
- Act as a trusted advisor to prospects and customers, building long-term relationships that drive adoption and expansion
- Partner with global channel organisations to develop opportunities and scale your reach
- Guide new customers through onboarding, ensuring long-term success and retention
Skills We're Looking For
- 2+ years of SaaS sales experience, ideally in a high-growth environment
- Previous business development experience essential
- A consistent record of overachievement and ability to drive net-new business
- Experience owning a full sales cycle and managing multiple stakeholders
- Strong understanding of solution selling and how to map product value to customer pain
- Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- A growth mindset — coachable, collaborative, and motivated by both individual and team success
Bonus Skills
- Proven success closing SaaS contracts in the $100k–$200k ARR range
- Familiarity with cloud data infrastructure, analytics, or integration tools
- Experience working with or through partners such as Snowflake, dbt, or SI consultancies
- Understanding of the UK mid-market landscape and how to engage technical and business buyers
