About the Role
Join our in-house legal team, supporting Mondelēz’s most beloved brands! You will be instrumental in guiding the Marketing function through compliance policies and consumer laws while shaping our national advertising campaigns. This is not an administrative role - you’ll have the opportunity to be a core part of the team’s legal service delivery. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Note: this role is a 12-month fixed-term contract.
How you will contribute
Reviewing brand marketing materials such as packaging and advertising assets for legal compliance.
Advising marketing teams on compliance with advertising and intellectual property laws and company policies.
Supporting New Product Development launches and advertising campaigns.
Engaging with consumer and trade promotion activities.
Delivering on our legal strategy, activities, and service delivery model within a legal specialist and generalist area of focus.
Preparing essential legal documents and gathering information to support various initiatives.
Interacting with business partners to deliver objectives effectively.
What you will bring
Demonstrated experience or interest in consumer law, advertising regulations, and intellectual property (especially trademarks and copyright).
Experience with consumer and trade promotions is highly desirable.
Attention to detail, particularly in reviewing documents, artworks and advertising campaigns for compliance and legal risks.
Excellent problem-solving and time management skills.
Outstanding written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
