Job Summary
We’re hiring an experienced Paid Ads Specialist (Media Buyer) for a remote role focused on managing and optimizing multi-channel paid advertising campaigns. This is a client-facing position where you’ll take ownership of campaign performance, client satisfaction, and retention.
This role is ideal for someone with agency experience, strong communication skills, and a proven track record managing multiple client accounts across platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize for ROI, conversions, and client KPIs
Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment
Communicate directly with clients, providing updates, insights, and strategic recommendations
Analyze performance data and generate actionable reports
Collaborate with internal design and marketing teams to improve creative performance
Support campaign expansion across additional platforms such as LinkedIn Ads and TikTok Ads (if applicable)
3+ years of experience managing paid advertising campaigns (agency experience strongly preferred)
Proven expertise in Google Ads and Facebook Ads
Strong understanding of campaign optimization, A/B testing, and performance metrics
Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
Confidence in client-facing situations and ability to build trust
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience with Go High Level (GHL CRM)
Familiarity with Canva for basic creative edits
Experience with LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, or other paid platforms
