Job Summary
We are hiring a Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) with 5+ years of outbound sales experience, ideally within the marketing, advertising, or MarTech space. This is a high-performance remote SDR role focused on generating qualified opportunities through strategic prospecting and outreach.
You will play a critical role in building the sales pipeline by engaging decision-makers such as CMOs, marketing directors, and founders, and booking high-quality meetings for the closing team.
Key Responsibilities
Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn) targeting marketing leaders and business owners
Identify, qualify, and nurture leads within target industries (e.g., SaaS, eCommerce, professional services)
Book high-quality discovery calls and demos for Account Executives
Craft personalized messaging aligned with marketing pain points (lead generation, CAC, ROI, conversion rates)
Maintain accurate activity tracking and pipeline updates in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine ICPs and outreach strategies
Continuously optimize outreach performance through A/B testing and data insights
Consistently exceed KPIs such as meetings booked, pipeline value, and conversion rates
5+ years of experience in Sales Development, Outbound Sales, or Lead Generation
Proven experience selling marketing services, advertising solutions, or MarTech products
Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, PPC, paid social, funnels, analytics)
Demonstrated success in booking meetings with senior decision-makers (CMO, Head of Marketing, Founder)
Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce) and outreach tools (Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft)
Excellent communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills
Highly organized, self-driven, and results-oriented
Experience working remotely with global teams is a strong advantage
