We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) with experience in the insurance industry to help generate new business opportunities. You will play a key role in building pipeline by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospects within insurance markets (e.g., life, health, commercial, or insurtech).

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and building a strong sales pipeline for the Account Executive team.

Key Responsibilities
Prospect and engage potential clients within the insurance sector through cold calls, email outreach, and LinkedIn
Identify key decision-makers (brokers, agents, underwriters, executives)
Qualify leads based on client criteria and business needs
Book meetings and hand off qualified opportunities to Account Executives
Maintain accurate records of outreach and pipeline activity in CRM
Follow up consistently to nurture leads and drive conversions
Meet or exceed monthly KPIs for meetings booked and pipeline generated
3+ years of experience as an SDR, BDR, or similar sales role
Prior experience in the insurance industry (life, health, commercial, or insurtech)
Strong understanding of insurance products, terminology, and sales cycles
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication and objection-handling skills
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Nice to Have
Experience selling insurance-related products, services, or software
Familiarity with compliance and regulatory considerations in insurance
Experience working with international clients or remote teams
Exposure to insurtech platforms or digital insurance solutions
