Chief of Staff

At Renmoney, we are building a leading microfinance bank in one of the most dynamic markets globally. As we continue to scale, we are looking for a Chief of Staff to the CEO - a high-impact, strategic operator who will work side-by-side with the CEO on the company’s most critical priorities.

What you will do

Act as a trusted partner to the CEO, driving strategic priorities and ensuring effective execution across the business
Lead high-impact, cross-functional projects end-to-end — from problem structuring to implementation
Operate as an internal engagement manager, bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to complex initiatives
Prepare and deliver executive-level materials, including board presentations, strategy papers, and decision memos
Represent the CEO in internal and external forums when needed, ensuring alignment and clear communication
Drive follow-ups and accountability across leadership to ensure decisions are translated into action
Identify and solve ambiguous problems across product, operations, and growth

What we are looking for

5+ years of experience in a top-tier consulting or related firms (e.g. McKinsey & Company, Boston Consulting Group, or equivalent)
Strong track record of leading workstreams or acting as an Engagement Manager / Project Leader
Exceptional problem-solving and structured thinking skills
Ability to operate in high-ambiguity, fast-paced environments
Strong communication skills, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders
High level of ownership, discretion, and judgment
Genuine interest in fintech and emerging markets
Work directly with the CEO on the company’s most critical challenges
