🎯 Contexte

Dans le cadre du développement des activités RH et Paie, nous recherchons un(e) stagiaire pour renforcer l’équipe et contribuer à la bonne gestion administrative du personnel et des processus paie. Vous serez pleinement intégré(e) à l’équipe et participerez aux actions opérationnelles comme aux projets transverses.

📌 Missions principales

-Participer aux onboardings : constitution des dossiers, création des accès, suivi administratif

-Contribuer aux offboardings : documents de sortie, archivage, mise à jour des données

-Mettre à jour les dossiers du personnel (physiques et numériques)

-Vérifier et fiabiliser les informations salariés dans les bases RH

-Contribuer aux contrôles qualité des données avant transmission à la paie

-Participer à la préparation d’éléments administratifs liés à la paie

-Préparer et rédiger :Attestations/Documents liés au personnel

-Participer à la standardisation et organisation documentaire

Étudiant(e) en Paie, Ressources Humaines, Gestion ou équivalent/reconversion professionnelle

Maîtrise de base des outils bureautiques (word, excel)

Rigueur, sens du détail, organisation

Discrétion et respect de la confidentialité

Aisance relationnelle et esprit d’équipe

Selon le minimum légal ou la politique interne en vigueur+ ticket restaurant (Valeur Faciale de 11 euros avec participation  60% employeur)+ remboursement de transport à 70%
