Head of Finance

Job Description:

Job Description 

• Develop and execute the companys financial strategy to support business growth.
• Oversee all finance & accounting functions, including general ledger management, reconciliation, reporting.
• Prepare and present accurate financial reports for management review and decision-making.
• Manage tax-related activities, including reporting, and tax strategies.
• Lead the budgeting process, manage cash flow, and ensure financial stability.
• Coordinate with external auditors to ensure accurate and compliant financial audits.
• Analyze business and project opportunities, providing insights from a financial and commercial perspective.
• Lead and develop the finance and accounting team to ensure high performance and alignment with company goals.
• Implementing and advising on strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs

**
Requirements**

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (CPA, CA) is preferred
• Experience in the Retail Fashion or Retail industry is preferred
• At least 8-10 years of experience in finance and accounting, with 3-5 years in a managerial position
• Strong knowledge of PSAK, IFRS, Indonesian tax regulations, and experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Proven ability to analyze business opportunities and deliver insights from a financial and commercial perspective
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and develop teams effectively
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced-level Microsoft Excel skills
• High work ethic, detail-oriented, with strong analytical skills and the ability to work under pressure
