Supply Chain Manager #1806MM

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Supply Chain Manager to oversee end-to-end supply chain operations within a high-end premium manufacturing business. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in complex logistics environments, brings strong supplier relationship skills, and is committed to ensuring the seamless flow of quality materials and finished goods.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all supply chain activities, including procurement, warehousing, logistics, and distribution.

• Develop and manage supplier relationships to ensure the consistent sourcing of premium-grade raw materials and components.

• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms with suppliers and logistics partners.

• Monitor inventory levels and implement demand planning strategies to optimize stock availability while minimizing waste.

• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including disruptions, delays, and quality concerns.

• Collaborate with production, quality assurance, and finance teams to align supply chain operations with business objectives.

• Track and report on key supply chain performance metrics, including cost efficiency, lead times, and supplier reliability.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain, leveraging data and technology.

• Ensure compliance with EU trade regulations, import/export requirements, and sustainability standards.

• Proven experience in a Supply Chain Management role within a manufacturing environment, ideally in premium or luxury goods.

• Strong understanding of procurement, logistics, inventory management, and demand forecasting.

• Demonstrated ability to manage and develop supplier partnerships across international markets.

• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with ERP systems and supply chain management software.

• Knowledge of EU trade compliance, customs regulations, and sustainability practices.

• APICS, CIPS, or equivalent supply chain certification is a strong advantage.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.

• Fluency in Spanish; strong English skills preferred.
