About the Role
As a Sales Assistant with Assistantly, you’ll support sales teams by managing the operational backbone of the sales process. From lead tracking to follow-ups and pipeline support, you’ll help ensure nothing falls through the cracks—allowing sales leaders to focus on closing and strategy.
This role is best suited for someone who is organized, responsive, and comfortable working closely with sales targets and timelines.
- Manage CRM updates, pipelines, and lead tracking
- Support inbound and outbound sales workflows
- Handle follow-ups, scheduling, and client coordination
- Prepare sales reports, trackers, and summaries
- Assist with proposal preparation and documentation
- Maintain clean records of leads, conversations, and outcomes
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams as needed
Non-Negotiables
3+ years of sales support, admin, or operations experience
Strong written and verbal English
Highly responsive and detail-oriented
Comfortable working with numbers, targets, and deadlines
Strong organizational and follow-through skills
Experience using CRMs, Google Workspace, and communication tools
