Role Overview :
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Acquisition Manager to lead and scale our partner acquisition efforts. This role will manage a team of Sales Specialists, driving performance, coaching the team, and ensuring the achievement of overall acquisition targets.
This is a leadership role focused on team performance and market expansion, rather than individual quota carrying.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and coach a team of Sales Specialists to achieve acquisition targets
Own and deliver against team-level targets (no individual quota)
Define and execute the acquisition strategy across target segments and markets
Build, monitor, and optimize a healthy acquisition pipeline across the team
Support the team in high-value negotiations and key partner closures
Ensure smooth onboarding and activation of newly acquired partners
Set clear KPIs, track performance, and drive accountability across the team
Identify gaps and implement training, coaching, and performance improvement plans
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, account management) to maximize partner succes
Use data and insights to continuously refine acquisition strategies
5–8+ years of experience in sales, business development, or acquisition roles
Proven experience managing and leading sales teams
Strong track record of delivering team-based targets
Excellent coaching, leadership, and performance management skills
Strong commercial mindset with the ability to support complex deal closures
Experience in marketplace, SaaS, e-commerce, or F&B industries is a plus
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
