We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Manager to expand our client base, establish long-lasting partnerships, and boost the agency's revenue. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in B2B sales within the recruitment/staffing industry and a demonstrated history of successfully closing mandates.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients throughout India.
- Generate leads by utilizing LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Present recruitment services and convert prospects into active clients.
- Understand clients’ hiring requirements and collaborate with internal recruitment teams accordingly.
- Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and agreements.
- Develop and sustain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Coordinate with recruiters to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Monitor sales pipelines, deal closures, and revenue goals.
- Stay informed about hiring trends, industry insights, and competitive activities.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development / Sales within a Recruitment Agency.
- Proven success in client acquisition and revenue growth.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Experience working with international clients (preferred).
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and possessing an entrepreneurial spirit.
Performance Metrics (KPIs)
- Number of new clients acquired.
- Monthly and quarterly revenue achieved.
- Quantity of active mandates secured.
- Client retention and frequency of repeat business.
- Conversion rate from lead to client.
