We are experiencing rapid growth and are in search of a Product Manager who is enthusiastic about creating outstanding consumer experiences and transforming business requirements into scalable, effective technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the product roadmap, by converting business and user requirements into impactful, scalable solutions.
- Work in collaboration with engineering, design, curriculum, and growth teams to implement features that enhance user engagement and retention.
- Leverage consumer insights, design thinking, and gamification principles to develop enjoyable, motivating, and rewarding experiences for students, parents, and teachers.
- Utilize data and experimentation to support decision-making, evaluate success, and inform iterations.
- Maintain a balance between speed and scalability, making thoughtful compromises among user satisfaction, business objectives, and technical complexity.
- Monitor and refine key product metrics such as engagement, satisfaction, retention, and growth.
