Account Executive - MM, EMEA Segment

Our Senior Account Executives are more than just sales professionals—they are trusted advisors who play a crucial role in driving revenue and building lasting relationships with both customers and prospects.
As our customer base and product offerings continue to expand, we need strategic thinkers who can proactively navigate new prospects and an existing book of business, with a focus on key EMEA accounts across our base.
How You'll Make an Impact:
Product Expertise: Working with our product team, develop an in-depth understanding of all Cypress products and services, becoming a go-to expert for both customers and colleagues.
Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to effectively position the company's solutions.
Lead Full Sales Cycle:
Sales Planning and Execution: Create and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets, specifically focused on cross-selling and upselling into ENT accounts.
Customer Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of business needs and challenges throughout the discovery process, to craft tailored Cypress.io solutions to address their specific needs.
Product Demonstrations: Conduct compelling demos that clearly communicate the value of Cypress products.
Deal Structuring and Contract Negotiation: Working with leadership, devise pricing and contract strategies, and lead complex negotiations ensuring mutually favorable terms.
Strategic Account Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers in assigned enterprise accounts.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- Proven Sales Success: 3+ years in SaaS as a quota carrying individual, bonus points for those with XDR and/or account management experience
- Consultative Approach: Leveraging curiosity and empathy to understand and meet customer needs effectively.
- Technical Aptitude: A strong grasp of technical concepts, with the ability to break down complex products into clear, compelling value for customers.
- Ownership & Initiative: You lead qualification meetings and demos with confidence, navigating the sales process independently while knowing when to leverage team expertise.
- Process Optimization: A keen eye for improving processes and balancing multiple priorities effectively.
Preferred Skills:
- Industry Experience: Experience selling into our ICP of developers, software engineers, and QA specialists.
- Region Experience: Experience selling into EMEA accounts and understanding of business culture
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with application testing and related tools, or a technical background in web applications.
- PLG Experience: Past success working in a Product Led Growth environment
Compensation: $160 - $200 OTE (50/50 split)
