About the Role

We are looking for a meticulous and detail-focused Legal Assistant to assist our attorneys in delivering outstanding service to our clients. This role is perfect for individuals who value precision, efficiency, and organization, and who aspire to join a dynamic, high-achieving legal team.

Key Responsibilities

• Legal Document Preparation & Filing: Draft, proofread, and file various legal documents with precision, ensuring compliance with court rules and deadlines.
• Evidence Review: Organize, analyze, and summarize evidence and case materials to assist attorneys in building strong defenses.
• Billing & Administrative Support: Handle billing procedures, prepare and send invoices, and perform general administrative tasks to keep the legal process running smoothly.
