We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Luxury Travel Executive to design and deliver exceptional travel experiences for clients exploring long-haul international destinations. This role involves curating bespoke itineraries across regions such as the Americas, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and Oceania, ensuring each journey is personalized and seamless. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients and internal teams to understand travel preferences, plan unique experiences, and manage the entire booking lifecycle. This position is well-suited for someone with foundational experience in the travel industry who is eager to build a career in luxury travel sales. A strong focus on customer satisfaction, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple itineraries efficiently are key to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Design customized travel itineraries tailored to client preferences for long-haul international destinations
- Manage the complete booking process, including flights, accommodations, transfers, and curated experiences
- Coordinate with global suppliers and partners to ensure timely confirmations and seamless travel arrangements
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and maintain consistent follow-ups to deliver a high level of service
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through effective planning and client engagement
- Maintain accurate client records and track inquiries using CRM systems
- Conduct research on destinations, hotels, and unique travel experiences to enhance itinerary offerings
- Provide end-to-end support including travel documentation, visa guidance, and pre-departure assistance
- Ensure all bookings, sales data, and client interactions are properly documented and reported
- Stay updated on travel trends, destination updates, safety regulations, and industry developments
- Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns
- Participate in training sessions and industry events to strengthen product knowledge and sales skills
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Prior experience in the travel or hospitality industry, preferably in itinerary planning or sales
