About Job
Salary: RM 2300 to RM 2800
Working Hours: 8.00am to 5.00pm
Job Description:
- Involved in the purchasing activities.
- Execute purchasing activities as requested by our customers.
- Co-ordinate all shipments and discrepancies with suppliers and customers.
- Maintain effective communications with customers on the delivery schedule.
- Ensure all day to day functions and tasks of the purchasing activities are carried out in a timely manner.
- Prepare monthly billing and obtain approval before submitting to Finance.
- Prepare quotation, purchase order and payment request when required.
- Providing general administrative support.
- Plan and manage payment schedules for external suppliers.
- Any other ad hoc tasks assigned by Supervisor.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Preferably 2 year(s) & above of working experience in the related field.
- Experience in managing suppliers and customers’ relationships.
- Responsible, meticulous and a team player.
- Knowledge in MS Word and Excel.
