DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role
The Sales Director is the top representative of Exclusive Networks in Norway, responsible for overall commercial and operational performance. The role leads both direct reports and team members with functional or matrix reporting across sales, technical advisory, marketing, partner management, and vendor relations. The director acts as a strategic and operational partner for business leaders, drives sales execution, business development, and operational excellence, and serves as the main point of contact for strategic and day-to-day matters in Norway.
As the Sales Director, you will:
- Develop and execute the company’s sales strategy in Norway;
- Support and coach the sales team to achieve targets;
- Strengthen relationships with strategic partners, vendors, and customers;
- Ensure smooth operations across sales, technical advisory, marketing, and partner management;
- Act as a strategic partner for business and functional leaders;
- Serve as the key local decision-maker and liaison with regional leadership;
- Lead and develop direct reports and cross-functional teams;
- Manage relationships with key vendors and partners;
- Drive business development and operational excellence;
- Represent Exclusive Networks externally in a professional manner;
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you
The ideal Sales Director:
10+ years of experience in sales, business development or commercial leadership within the IT, cybersecurity, cloud or technology distribution ecosystem;
Proven track record of driving revenue growth, building new business, and developing successful go-to-market initiatives;
Experience working closely with vendors, partners, resellers, MSPs or system integrators;
Strong background in frontline sales engagement — actively participating in customer and partner meetings;
Commercially driven mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, create momentum, and translate strategy into sales results;
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and high-growth environment.
