What you will do in this role:

As a Content Moderator, you will:

Review and moderate content to ensure adherence to platform guidelines
Monitor user behaviour and enforce policies effectively
Analyze moderation reports and make accurate decisions
Apply guidelines consistently to diverse content scenarios
Handle sensitive issues independently while upholding platform standards
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
Fluent, verbal and written in German
English level (intermediate)
Tolerance for repetitive work in a fast-paced, high production work environment
Tolerance for sensitive content
Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently
Ability to multitask, possess critical reasoning skills, communicate effectively
Fast learner, diligent worker
