German Community Specialist in Beauty Industry - Porto
Are you passionate about social media and the beauty industry? Our client in Porto is looking for a German-speaking Community Specialist to join the team of one of their top international beauty brands.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for a very well-known and reputable brand within the beauty industry. If you love the Digital and Social Media industry, having experience interacting with consumers and managing followers, this is a great opportunity for you!
As a Community Specialist fluent in German, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Act as brand ambassador, answer to social media conversations (owned, earned) on care and non-care related topics, on all social media platforms, on 1:1 or 1:many.
- Engage with consumers to offer meaningful and personalized conversations, foster loyalty, and online sales by providing excellent experiences (solution, service, product, beauty advice, etc).
- Answer consumers' comments and direct messages.
- Animate and moderate communities on social media channels.
- Redispatch comments and DM if needed (to social managers, brands/market, escalations, etc).
- Secure brand reputation and ensure respect for the right tone of voice.
- Follow up and link back to consumers to make sure the problem is solved.
- Social listening: identify trends, topics at risk/viral on social channels.
- Reporting and analytics: Monitor quality issues, report on conversations through Sprinklr (owned and earned conversations), contribute to social listening, and generate insights (identification of tribes, main topics, consumer feedback, etc).
Who We’re Looking For:
Social Media Expertise
Either previous experience in managing communities on social media (TikTok, Instagram,..) or significant experience in producing content via their social media channels, involving significant numbers of followers (1K followers)
Excellent written communication skills
Empathy & high focus on customer satisfaction
Customer orientation, problem-solving skills, and teamwork
Native language skills in German
English knowledge at least B2 (written, spoken, and read)
Good IT skills - required competence and speed in the use of tools to report interactions
Availability to work on shifts
Relocation package - refund the initial flight ticket after 6 months
