We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter with 0–1 years of experience to join our growing talent acquisition team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in hiring, IT hiring, and IT recruitment. As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top technical talent across various domains, including software development, QA, DevOps, and data roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Focus on IT hiring by understanding technical job requirements and identifying suitable candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, and referrals.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and hiring priorities.
  • Source candidates using multiple IT recruitment strategies including LinkedIn, job boards, databases, and networking.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate qualifications, technical skills, and cultural fit.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Track and report hiring metrics such as time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate, and candidate quality.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in IT recruitment and hiring best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0–1 years of experience in hiring, IT hiring, or IT recruitment (internship experience is a plus).
  • Basic understanding of IT roles such as Software Engineer, QA Engineer, DevOps Engineer, etc.
  • Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced hiring environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Familiarity with job portals and professional networks like LinkedIn is preferred.
