Product Operations Manager

We’re hiring a Manager, Marketing Operations to join Flex at a pivotal moment of rapid expansion.
What you'll do
- Build and drive marketing operations: Establish a centralized marketing operations function focused on program management and operational efficiency.
- Lead martech and AI strategy: Manage day-to-day operations of our marketing and analytics tools, ensuring integrations, permissions, and data flows run smoothly.
- Ensure flawless execution: Create and enforce QA checklists, validations, and error-proof processes.
- Track performance and operational health: Monitor campaign accuracy, send volume, SLAs, and platform uptime.
- Document and standardize processes: Maintain internal documentation, naming conventions, playbooks, and process standards to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing across the team.
- Lead cross functional projects: Lead end-to-end strategy and execution of project work required by teams like Platform, Risk, Legal, and Compliance to ensure marketing is aligned with product and adheres to regulatory standards.
What you'll bring
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing Ops, as a Marketing Generalist, or Revenue Ops, ideally in a fast-paced consumer or fintech environment.
- Proven hands-on experience with core martech stack tools (e.g., marketing automation, CRM, analytics platforms) and demonstrated ability to manage integrations and data flow at scale.
- Operational excellence: Proven ability to design, implement, and enforce robust QA, validation, and change control standards across a team, fostering a culture of zero-error execution and reliability.
- Data driven impact: Exceptional analytical and communication skills used to define the team's operational and performance metrics, interpret complex data, and present strategic narratives to senior leadership.
- Future-focused & innovative: A strong curiosity about automation and AI, with a proven desire to responsibly evaluate and implement emerging tools to drive team efficiency and scale.
- Cross-functional influence: A skilled leader able to influence and drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups (e.g., Product, Legal, Risk) to ensure successful, compliant end-to-end execution of operational requirements.
The compensation range for this role will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and Flex's internal leveling guidelines and benchmarks. For working locations in NY/NJ/CA, the base pay range will be $174,000 - $189,000.
