We’re looking for a We're looking for a Product Operations Manager to help scale how our Product organization operates. In this role, you'll work across three core pillars—Data & Insights, Technology, and Operations—to design and implement the systems, tools, and processes that enable our product teams to ship high-impact features efficiently. You'll bring strong expertise working across the full product development lifecycle to surface actionable insights, automate workflows, remove friction, drive alignment, and empower teams to do their best work.
This is a full-time position based out of our Oakland or Denver office. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.
Technologies You’ll Use
Jira, Google Workspace, Slack, Zendesk, Salesforce, Looker, Sigma, Figma, Slab, Marketo, Gong, Claude, ChatGPT, and other AI-powered productivity tools. Big Query experience is desirable but not required.
What You’ll Do:
OperationsYou'll design delivery processes that scale across R&D squads, implementing SLAs, checkpoints, and agile ceremonies that drive visibility and accountability. You'll set up PMs for success with clear, repeatable processes and practices that operationalize optimal PDLC across the product organization. You'll ensure clearly defined roles, responsibilities, and boundaries across product, design, engineering, GTM, and support. You'll coordinate desired outcomes and timelines cross-functionally, removing blockers and reducing risks to help teams launch on time and per scope. You'll design operating systems that evolve with the company's needs, helping each team and team member do their best work with clarity and confidence.
TechnologyYou'll streamline and automate routine PDLC tasks through digital innovation and AI-powered solutions. You'll design scalable tool setups and lead automation initiatives that replace manual work with smart workflows. You'll build self-service dashboards that give PMs and stakeholders the data they need, when they need it. You'll enforce best practices and guardrails through digital solutions, reducing friction across the product development lifecycle to speed up delivery. You'll leverage AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT to enhance productivity and drive innovation in how the team works.
Data & InsightsYou'll build BI dashboards to measure and report product investment ROI and customer value to influence product prioritization and drive cross-functional alignment. You'll transform raw data into actionable insights, stories, and trends that inform strategic decisions and drive informed action. You'll make it easier for PMs to access customer feedback and talk to customers more frequently. You'll democratize access to learning and ensure feature requests are analyzed and actioned efficiently. You'll help close the loop with customers on their feedback, reinforcing that we listen and value their input.
Cross-functional Collaboration, Communication, & EnablementYou'll craft narratives that align cross-functional teams on shared goals, driving planning and alignment forums across multiple R&D squads. You'll ensure stakeholders and executives are informed on the intention, progress, and risks of key initiatives. You'll build open, consistent, bi-directional channels of communication that foster trust, transparency, and energy across the organization. You'll create enablement content and facilitate sessions that help teams understand and adopt new processes, tools, and best practices.
What You'll Bring
Experience & BackgroundYou have 2+ years of experience in product operations, product management, program management, or a related operational role, preferably in B2B SaaS or digital enterprise solutions. You've supported product teams at scale and understand how software gets built and shipped in fast-moving, dynamic environments.
Strategic & Systems ThinkingYou build frameworks to measure product investment ROI and customer value. You use data to influence prioritization and drive alignment across teams. You see the bigger picture and understand how individual processes connect to broader organizational goals.

Technical MasteryYou design scalable tool setups and lead automation initiatives. You're comfortable working alongside engineers and product managers, navigating tools like Jira with ease. You leverage AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT to enhance your productivity and drive innovation. You create policy checks, self-service dashboards, and automated workflows that enable broader adoption across teams.
