Corporate Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

  • Identify and acquire new corporate clients through strategic prospecting and networking
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, industry events, and digital channels
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline

Client Relationship Management

  • Develop long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Understand client needs and propose customized solutions
  • Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations
  • Ensure high client satisfaction and retention

Revenue & Target Achievement

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare periodic reports
  • Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities

Market Intelligence

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
  • Analyze competitor activities and industry trends
  • Provide insights to management for strategic decision-making

Internal Coordination

  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance teams for seamless client onboarding
  • Ensure timely proposal submission, contract closure, and payment follow-ups

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 3–8 years of experience in B2B / Corporate Sales
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
