Corporate Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify and acquire new corporate clients through strategic prospecting and networking
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, industry events, and digital channels
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline
Client Relationship Management
- Develop long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Understand client needs and propose customized solutions
- Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations
- Ensure high client satisfaction and retention
Revenue & Target Achievement
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Monitor sales performance and prepare periodic reports
- Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Market Intelligence
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Analyze competitor activities and industry trends
- Provide insights to management for strategic decision-making
Internal Coordination
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance teams for seamless client onboarding
- Ensure timely proposal submission, contract closure, and payment follow-ups
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 3–8 years of experience in B2B / Corporate Sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
