Job DescriptionIdentify potential customers for the Industrial Motors division and provide guidance to sales team members and coordinators.• Assist in Business Development and Marketing initiatives.• Ensure the sales process operates smoothly.• Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns effectively.• Collaborate with internal Cross Functional Teams (CFT) to align with customer expectations and needs.• Prepare quotes and proposals for clients.• Conduct reviews of Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA), Letters of Intent (LOI), Purchase Agreements, Purchase Orders (PO), and other related documents.• Maintain Sales and IATF/ISO documentation.• Provide support for Request for Quotation (RFQ) and Statement of Requirements (SOR) management.• Ensure timely collection of payments and follow up on overdue accounts.• Actively participate in organizing technical showcases at expos and customer locations.• Conduct market research and competitive analysis.• Travel as needed for business purposes.
