Senior Paid Social Specialist
Plan, set up, run, and report on campaign activities, manage client budgets, and mentor junior team members.
JOB PURPOSE
We are looking for a Medior/Senior Paid Social Specialist (div/f/m) who is characterized by a high degree of openness and empathy and who is burning to further develop and, above all, to contribute their passion in the field of Paid Social advertising.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, set up, run, and report on campaign activities at the title level.
- Collaborate with platform specialists to ensure high-quality output and innovation.
- Address tactical campaign-level questions and provide support as needed.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Manage and prioritize work tasks independently, while adhering to client budgets.
- Identify and address budget issues proactively, collaborating with clients to find solutions.
- Spot commercial opportunities within your channel for clients.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
- Act as a role model and mentor for junior team members, sharing knowledge and experiences.
- Stay informed about industry news and trends, applying insights to your work.
- Develop standard campaign plans and advise on optimized targeting, budget allocation, and formats.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR****You have…
- Substantial experience in paid social media, ideally having worked with other global brands.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage and optimize campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, X and YouTube.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Experience in performance development and correlation analysis.
- Solution-oriented mindset with proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in an international, fast-paced environment
