The Role:
As a Systems Executive (L3IVCS), you will be responsible for the following:
To support L3IVCS operational shift duty at Changi airport.
To attend to all customer fault reports.
To liaise with other system sub contractor in fault fi ding process.
To liaise with both oversea and local Telco for fault resolution of telephone lines faults.
To log down all fault reports and resolution.
To carry out preventive maintenance of L3 IVCS system.
To assist users in audio recording playback.
Recognized degree in Computer Science, IT or engineering.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; and
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
