We are seeking an experienced and proactive Maintenance Manager with strong expertise in bead mill equipment to lead and oversee maintenance operations. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in preventive and corrective maintenance, equipment reliability, and team leadership within manufacturing or process industries. This role is critical to ensuring optimal performance, minimal downtime, and extended lifecycle of bead mills and associated machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end maintenance activities for bead mills and related equipment, ensuring high operational efficiency and minimal breakdowns.
• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules tailored to bead mill systems.
• Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and operational issues in bead mills and take swift corrective actions.
• Monitor equipment performance, identify recurring issues, and implement long-term solutions to improve reliability.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to ensure seamless plant operations.
• Maintain maintenance records, logs, and documentation in line with compliance and audit requirements.
• Optimize spare parts inventory and ensure availability of critical components for bead mills.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives such as TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and lean maintenance practices.
• Manage vendor relationships for servicing, spare parts procurement, and technical support.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards, statutory regulations, and company policies during all maintenance activities.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of maintenance engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of accountability and performance.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with bead mills, including installation, calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, rotating equipment, and process machinery.
• Proficiency in predictive maintenance tools such as vibration analysis, thermography, and condition monitoring.
• Experience in root cause analysis (RCA), failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA), and reliability engineering.
• Working knowledge of PLC systems, electrical controls, and automation related to bead mills is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on minimizing downtime and improving efficiency.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Familiarity with maintenance management systems (CMMS) is an added advantage.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 9–15 years of relevant maintenance experience, with significant exposure to bead mills and process equipment.
