You will help drive early career success within our Global SDR organization by developing new hires and ensuring our reps hit the ground running. You will partner closely with the global Ramp Acceleration Manager and GTM Enablement to ensure that SDRs ramps to productivity within 90 days, with consistent reinforcement, live coaching, and performance accountability.\n\nThis is a hands-on leadership role focused on accelerating skill development, driving quota attainment, and fostering regional alignment across Vanta’s rapidly scaling global SDR organization. We are seeking a passionate coach who thrives on data driven insights and strategic leadership to empower our teams to achieve their highest potential.\n\nWhat you’ll do as a Ramp Manager at Vanta:\n\nLead SDR Ramp Program for APJ\n\tTailor and execute ramp program for new SDRs in Region to ensure new hires achieve peak performance within their first 90 days.\n\nPerformance Management\n\tFoster an environment of high performance & accountability\n\tResponsible for performance management ensuring coaching, performance and KPI milestones are achieved on schedule.\n\nDrive Cross-Functional Collaboration:\n\tPartner with the Business Development Leadership in APJ to define, track, and take accountability for KPI management.\n\tAct as a trusted advisor to SDR Management by making data backed recommendations and consulting on trends, metrics, and strategic actions to accelerate rep ramp up and overall team performance.\n\tPartner with GTM Enablement to adapt global ramp programs to reflect local market nuances, time zones, and cultural differences.\n\nCoaching and Reinforcement\n\tProvide hands-on coaching through live call sessions, offering actionable feedback to help new reps master effective prospecting techniques.\n\nOperationalize Ramp Metrics:\n\tTrack and analyze SDR ramp performance using defined KPIs (quota attainment, participation rate, time-to-first-opportunity, etc.), proactively addressing performance gaps.\n\nHow to be successful in this role:\n\nBe located in Sydney, Australia and have the ability to commute to the office in a hybrid setting 3x per week (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday)\nHave 2+ years of SDR Leadership or Enablement experience\nOffer experience in B2B SaaS sales and sales enablement or management\nHave experience prospecting into APJ and multiple segments from SMB to Enterprise\nHave stellar problem-solving abilities, thrive working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and enjoy the challenge of making a large impact early on in a start-up environment\nProven track record and experience in increasing efficiency and productivity across a growing sales org.\nDemonstrate leadership skills and ability to coach SDRs\nOpen to using AI to amplify their skills and strengthen their work - demonstrating curiosity, a willingness to learn, and sound judgment in applying AI responsibly to improve efficiency and impact\n\nSuccess Metrics:\n\tSDRs in APJ achieve ramp productivity in <90 days\n\t80% rep participation rate to quota attainment\n\tDemonstrated improvement in ramp cohort KPIs (quota attainment, call conversion rates, and engagement)\n\nWhat you can expect as a Vanta'n:\n\nIndustry-competitive salary and equity\nHealthcare stipend towards health insurance for you and your dependents\n16 weeks paid Parental Leave for all new parents\nHealth & wellness stipend\nRemote workspace, internet, and cellphone stipend\nCommuter benefits for team members who attend the office\n20 days of Annual Leave per year\n9 company-paid holidays\nVirtual team building activities, lunch and learns, and other company-wide events!\nOffices in SF, NYC, London, Dublin, Tel Aviv, and Sydney\n\n#LI-hybrid\n_At Vanta, we are committed to hiring diverse talent of different backgrounds and as such, it is important to us to provide an inclusive work environment for all.
