Dutch Customer Service Representative - Athens
Are you a Dutch speaker who enjoys helping others and solving problems? We are looking for motivated individuals to join our on-site team in various customer-facing positions across departments.
This is an on-site customer support role based in Athens, Greece, where you will assist Dutch-speaking customers on behalf of a well-known international brand. The work involves supporting customers across a variety of inquiries via multiple channels of communication.
What You Will Do
Act as the main point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers
Handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat (orders, payments, deliveries, complaints)
Provide high-level customer care and go the extra mile to resolve issues
Collaborate with a team and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment
Native or near-native level in Dutch
Good English communication (B2 level)
Strong listening and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Team-oriented with a proactive attitude
Must be able to relocate to and work on-site in Athens, Greece
What Is In It For You
