ReWorks Solutions is seeking an experienced and dedicated Client Success Manager to oversee and enhance the client experience. In this important role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and achieve their desired outcomes with our products and solutions. Your primary goal will be to build strong relationships with clients and serve as their trusted advisor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and needs.
  • Proactively engage with clients to ensure they derive value from our services and products.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate onboarding, training, and support for clients.
  • Monitor client health and satisfaction metrics, acting promptly to address any issues or concerns.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive client retention and engagement.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports on client progress and performance.
  • Advocate for client needs within the organization to enhance service delivery and product offerings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field will be to the applicants benefit.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in client success, account management, or a related field.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities with an analytical mindset.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple client accounts.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A commitment to delivering outstanding client service and driving client success.
