Contract Online Marketing Coordinator (6-months)
Execute campaigns, manage assets, handle finance operations, analyze performance, and optimize campaigns. Requires 1 year of experience in marketing or ad operations.
This role is a 6-months contract role, supporting the regional team.
Your Adventure Ahead
- Execute and upload campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok with accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage and track campaign assets, naming conventions, and budget pacing to ensure consistent execution quality.
- Manage end-to-end finance operations — including invoice processing, budget reconciliation, and tender board submissions.
- Ensure all invoices and payment records are accurate, tallied with budgets, and processed within internal timelines.
- Pull and maintain daily ad spend data from ad platforms for cost ingestion and reporting accuracy.
- Conduct basic performance analysis to identify top-performing campaigns or creatives and provide insights to the Marketing PICs.
- Execute simple campaign optimizations on a weekly basis with minimal supervision.
- Identify repetitive manual tasks and propose or implement automation to simplify workflows.
- Explore the use of AI tools or scripts to reduce manual workload and improve efficiency or data accuracy.
- Work closely with Operations Managers, country marketing teams, and finance to ensure seamless campaign and financial operations.
- Communicate proactively and provide updates on task progress and blockers.
Essentials to Succeed
- ~1 year of experience in a media agency, ad operations, or performance marketing role, or a highly driven self-starter with a strong learning mindset.
- Familiarity with key digital media concepts such as CTR, CPM, CPC, ROAS, audience targeting, and campaign optimization will be a big plus.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel; experience using Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, or TikTok Ads Manager preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail — delivers consistent quality under tight timelines.
- Excellent communication and accountability — keeps stakeholders updated and takes ownership of deliverables.
- Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn new tools and processes.
