About the role

We are seeking an experienced Field Marketing Lead to build and scale our global field marketing team.

Responsibilities:

Build and lead a high-performing, global field marketing team
Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies that directly impact pipeline and revenue goals
Have the ability to design and implement sophisticated ABM programs targeting strategic accounts
Create and manage field marketing initiatives that amplify our presence in key markets
Establish and optimize lead qualification processes and scoring mechanisms
Partner with sales leadership to align demand generation programs with territory and account-specific goals
Define and track key performance metrics across all demand generation programs
Lead budget planning and allocation across multiple programs and regions
Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that integrate digital, field, and account-based strategies
Drive marketing qualified lead (MQL) generation while maintaining high conversion rates through the funnel
Lead the development of targeted content and programs for different market segments and buyer personas
Manage technology stack optimization and reporting for demand generation activities
Build strong relationships with sales, product marketing, and other key stakeholders
Drive continuous improvement in program effectiveness through data analysis and feedback loops

You may be a good fit if you:

Have 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, with significant experience leading global field marketing and ABM
Have a track record of successfully building and scaling global field marketing and relevant demand generation programs from the ground up
Have demonstrated success in contributing to significant revenue goals through integrated marketing initiatives
Possess extensive experience building and leading demand generation teams
Have a proven track record of developing and executing successful ABM programs
Demonstrate deep understanding of B2B enterprise sales cycles and buying processes
Have international marketing experience and understanding of regional market dynamics
Are highly skilled in marketing analytics and attribution modeling
Have strong financial acumen and experience managing large marketing budgets
Excel at cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
Have experience marketing complex technical products, preferably in enterprise software or AI/ML
Are comfortable operating in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment

The expected salary range for this position is:

Annual Salary:

$300,000—$355,000 USD
