Position: Call Centre Agent
Location: South Africa, Remote
Full-Time, US hours (9am-5pm EST)
Salary: South African Rand (ZAR)
Key Responsibilities Include:
Supporting call center operations, admissions, CRM/EMR data, and insurance pre‑admission processes
Managing outbound calling and marketing campaigns
Maintaining CRM database and prescreening tools
Coordinating client intake logistics
Engaging with clients, families, and referral sources
Supporting billing processes and financial coordination
Monitoring calls, social media, and SEO feeds
Assisting with internal and external marketing coordination
Handling emergency situations and maintaining compliance standards
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in Healthcare
Experience with CRM, EMR, VoIP, and Microsoft Office 365
Strong organizational and time‑management skills
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing workload
Professional, patient, and client‑focused demeanor
- Comfortable working U.S. hours
- Remote work from home
