We are seeking a motivated and intellectually curious SDR to lead outbound prospecting efforts across international markets, with a primary focus on the UK and EU. In this role, you will be the forefront of our pipeline development — identifying and engaging promising prospects, generating qualified opportunities, and collaborating closely with Account Executives to secure meetings that drive revenue.

This position is internationally oriented: you will manage interactions across various time zones, cultural environments, and purchasing behaviors, tailoring your outreach approach accordingly. AI tools are integral to our operations — we expect you to leverage them to conduct smarter research, personalize communications at scale, and increase your efficiency.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Outbound Prospecting: Utilize a combination of your own judgment and AI-powered tools to research and identify high-potential prospects within targeted international markets.
  • Multi-Channel Outreach: Implement structured outreach campaigns across email, LinkedIn, phone, and other appropriate channels, customizing messaging to fit specific regions, personas, and industries.
  • Pipeline Building: Take ownership of the top of the funnel by generating qualified meetings and passing them to Account Executives with detailed context, notes, and next steps.
  • AI-Assisted Personalization: Employ AI technologies to research accounts, create personalized outreach messages, and refine messaging to ensure every communication feels relevant and unique.
  • CRM Management: Accurately record all activities in the CRM in real time, working closely with the Business Analyst to maintain data integrity and ensure the pipeline’s accuracy.
  • Market Intelligence: Share insights gathered from field experiences with the team, including what resonates, what doesn’t, emerging objections, and competitive intelligence from specific regions.
  • Experimentation: Explore new outreach strategies, subject lines, value propositions, and channels, applying a data-driven approach to identify what is most effective.

EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in an outbound SDR or BDR role, preferably within B2B SaaS or technology sectors
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding meeting generation targets
  • Familiarity with outreach platforms such as Apollo and CRM systems like Zoho
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Fluency in English is required; additional language skills, especially European languages, are highly advantageous
  • Preferred experience in prospecting within international markets (EMEA)

LOCATION & COMPENSATION

  • Position is budgeted for candidates based in India but open to other locations
  • Fixed salary of 20L with variable compensation based on the number of qualified leads generated

DESIRABLE SKILLS

  • Experience with AI writing or research tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or equivalents
  • Knowledge of structured outbound sales methodologies (e.g., BANT, MEDDIC)
  • Exposure to data enrichment techniques and signal-based prospecting workflows

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

Timeframe & Milestones

  • 30 Days: Fully onboarded with product knowledge, Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), and outreach tools; initial outreach sequences launched; first meetings scheduled.
  • 60 Days: Consistently achieving weekly meeting quotas; refining international outreach strategies based on early feedback.
  • 90 Days: Meeting full quota targets; contributing valuable market intelligence; seamlessly integrating AI-enhanced outreach methods into daily workflows.
