Job Summary
As a Technical Sourcer, you will play a crucial role in identifying and engaging exceptional technical candidates to help us meet our hiring goals, build robust pipelines of high-quality candidates for engineering, and other technical roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of top-tier technical candidates to support current and future hiring needs.
Proactively source, engage, and nurture relationships with top technical talent using various sourcing tools and strategies.
Screen and assess candidate qualifications and fit for open positions.
Continuous refine, improve pitches to attract top tier candidates.
Maintain accurate and organized candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Foster a positive candidate experience by ensuring timely communication and engagement.
Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging sourcing tools.
Qualifications:
Experience: 2+ years of experience in technical sourcing, recruiting, or a related field.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or related field.
High efficiency. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for technology and understanding of technical roles, skills, and industry trends.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience sourcing for industry software engineers, and other technical roles.
Previous experience in a high-growth startup or tech company.
Certification in sourcing or recruiting (e.g., AIRS, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
